Pins are either A-Grade or B-Grade and will be chosen at random, hence the discounted price.
A-Grade means no visible flaws, B-Grade means the pins have minor flaws that are essentially un-noticeable from a reasonable distance.
These flaws include:
• small scratches in the metal or enamel
• specs of dust in the enamel
• overfilling of enamel (looks like a bubble of extra paint)
The Cookie Cat, Soot Sprite, and Nintendoggo pins are 1.25"-1.5" tall, made with hard enamel and gold plated metal with 1 or 2 rubber clutches.
The TWRP pins are 1.8-2" tall, made with soft enamel and black plated metal with 2 rubber clutches on the back to keep them from spinning.
Any extra money made with the TWRP pins (after shipping costs) will go towards BindersOUT, a non-profit binder exchange program created to give trans and nonbinary folks access to affordable (and safe!) chestbinding here in Toronto.
